When you visit this website
Our host, Netlify, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request. It needs this to deliver the site and keep it secure, and keeps these logs for a limited time.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use this site: which pages they view, how they found us and which buttons they click. It only runs if you click Accept in the cookie banner. Until then, nothing is loaded and no cookies are set.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies whose names start with _ga, which last up to two years. Google Analytics doesn’t store your IP address. We’ve switched off Google signals, ad personalization and data sharing with Google for other purposes, and we delete analytics data after 14 months.
Your browser remembers your choice for a year. You can change it at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
When you request a call
The intro call form asks for your name, your email address and what you’d like to talk about, plus anything else you choose to share. Our host, Netlify, receives the form and forwards it to us by email. We use these details only to reply, plan the call and follow up.
When you email us or work with us
We use your name, email address, company details and anything you share with us to reply and to deliver our services. For clients and cohort participants we also keep the details we need for invoicing.
Dutch tax law requires us to keep invoices and related records for seven years. Everything else we keep only as long as we need it for the purpose it was shared for.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the services named on this page, with parties that help us with our administration, and where the law requires it. Some of these services are based in the United States. They protect those transfers with the safeguards EU law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to limit or stop how we use it, or to send you a copy. Email info@accelorhub.com and we’ll respond within a month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If we start using new tools, such as website analytics, we update this statement. The date at the top shows the latest version.
